orchard dome

How many of you have lifted your heads when arriving at Orchard MRT station to take a look at the dome from the underside? I bet there are people who are not even aware that they are actually underneath it. You can blame it on mediocre design but it's your last chance to see the orchard dome before it disappears forever. Barely having been around for 20years, it is in the process of being boarded up and torn down to make way for another shopping centre.

An afternoon at Lorgans. Been wanting to visit since I've heard about it long ago but never managed to drag my butt down to its location at Pasir Panjang, not a place I would ever pass by. The showroom has a good mix of designer and authentic reconditioned retro furniture. I've set my sight on an Eames rocking chair, better start working soon.
