ard yoga

step 1: Stretch your body backwards. Make sure chair has a suitable suspension system to prevent possible mishap.


step 2: After you have warmed up, you may start stretching like there is no tomorrow. At a certain point, you will enter a trance-like state, a higher stae of consciousness, where you would slowly forget about the impending deadline sitting in front of you. You will feel as though you are being strapped to a torture rack and stretched to your limit.


Step 3: You will awake once you start to feel signs of dislocation in your joints, or when chair topples. This marks the end of the exercise. You should feel a sense of exhilaration and ecstasy, as if achieving nirvana.
