we buy moon!

Newsflash, newflash! The moon has recently been acquired by the Singapore Government in a bid to create yet another icon in Singapore. Using undisclosed (artificial gravitation?) technology, the moon was sucessfully knocked off its orbit and transported to the city centre of Singapore in a clandestine overnight operation.

Of course, this venture would not be without returns, the rights to use the surface of the moon was promptly sold to the highest bidder hours after it was firmly anchored to the field along Tan Quee Lan Street. The moon will remain there until its novelty value runs out, after which it will be hollowed out and converted into a shopping centre.

haha, a rather uncanny presence in the city. It's going to start flying up and down in the coming weeks.
