why here....? why not there.....?

Why must everything have a meaning? Why must everything be justified? Architecture is being over-intellecturized. The subjective human input is being marginalized. Unjustified and irrational ideas are critcized as shallow and arbituary (or a wide variety of other adjectives). However, while being deprived of using our own subjective responses, we are constantly being bombarded with subjective criticism and input. The refusal to accept the external input (both good and bad) usually results in a violent outlash which renders the final project a worthless piece of junk.
